Best sleep tracker on the market ☘️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring was gifted to me by my daughter. She new I liked to track metrics on my Apple Watch and knew I’d really like the sleep tracking ability of the UltraHuman ring. I love it!

A brilliant self care tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the ring such a helpful tool to keep track of my sleep and encourage me to look after myself. It helps me focus on my sleep and my self care generally. Gently reminding me when to move more or lay off the caffeine. The main thing it has helped me with is getting sunlight first thing in the morning to help regulate my circadian rhythm. I feel more in control of my habits as I can check in with the app anytime to see what my body is dealing with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the sleep tracking. Some of the other data is frivolous for the most of us, but could be insightful for the man with a PHD. Auto workout tracker kind of sucks, so just remember to start the workout manually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is great for the tasks it’s supposed to do- help regulate sleep schedule, workout summaries & for me personally help track my menstrual cycle & my caffeine intake & schedule. Unfortunately it does not stay charged for long than 2 days & that’s being generous. I’ve only had my ring for about 3-4 months & the charge only last about 24-36 hours. I was really hoping it would stay charged for at least a week. Overall I did like it & how sleek it is compared to other fitness tracking devices. I would recommend, but be aware of battery life.

It is a constantly evolving product (from software side) and I’m not using all features yet. The sports are not always spot on for me. But it’s not the main selling proposition. So generally quite happy

I have been following the recommendations on my caffeine window or light exposure and am getting a much better quality of sleep. Also, I have been working on staying calm during the day to reduce my stress levels.
