Upgrade from a daily tracking watch

The data and feedback gives me a better feel of how I am doing, the impact on my sleep, how eating/caffeine/activity is impacting my sleep and recovery. I really like the tracking of my workouts and the amount of data.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring around 2 months ago. I am definitely satisfied with the software and functions of the ring. What I am not really satisfied with is the physical aspects of the ring. Its really chunky and it leaves marks on fingers after wearing it for too long. I have to change the ring from one hand to other every day.

Great for Work/Life Balance

It’s given me insights on my sleep habits, caffeine intake, and most importantly, activity to achieve a healthy balance. The app’s curated sleep goals actually help me feel better throughout the day when achieved. The activity levels and movement goals have helped me maintain an active lifestyle while working a rotating day and night shift schedule as a nurse and still feel refreshed to be present for my family. I’m loving this ring so far! 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ring. It helped me so much. I’m still post partum but especially during pregnancy it was amazing. I loved seeeing how pregnancy affected my sleep and stress and even temp. And now I can see how it’s changed after birth.

Great for what Fertility & sleep score

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im mostly happy about the fact that i don’t have a monthly fee for insights, the sleep score and the fertility tracking. I do think the battery life could be longer, but the new feature that helps control battery usage has helped. I also am not the biggest fan of the newest insight called ultra age. It’s not very clear on what it tracks and kinda contradicts the other cardio/heart age insight. I wish the ultra age would give you better understanding of the factors and how to improve it. It also doesn’t pick up on the times i work out and i just figured out how to add them after. But i wish it would intuitively pick it up and ask “did you work out?” like it does for the nap.

Great ring for sleep and daily use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ring for about two months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The ring hasn’t discolored at all and still looks like new. It’s very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping or during workouts. I use it regularly for strength training, and it never gets in the way or feels uncomfortable.
It’s especially great for sleep tracking — very accurate and insightful. One downside is that you can’t see things like calorie burn in real time; you only get the data afterward. Also, the battery life is a bit shorter than advertised. I usually get about 4 to 5 days per charge. Still, compared to a smartwatch, this is already a big improvement for me.
All in all, I’m really satisfied with this ring and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to track sleep and activity in a more subtle way.
