Okay, but heart rate sensor needs work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using it for three months now, and there are some things that I like and some things that I don’t I find that the heart rate tracking, especially when I’m logging a workout is very inaccurate. I’ve even compared it with results from another fitness tracker of mine that I’ve worn at the same time to confirm. The sleep tracker is probably my favorite feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift in May and it has changed the way I view how much sleep I’m getting each night, it tells me when it’s detecting I’m getting sick. It’s really opened up a lot for me to see how my body is working throughout the day and night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my Ultrahuman ring, i can’t use a watch because it hurts my wrists, so the ring was perfect for me! I like how it looks and feels. Only problem I have is that the ring disconnect when i am running and have Headphones connected at the same time as the ring, so i don’t get step count or pulse readings on that workout.

The ring itself looks good and is lightweight so it is easy to get used to having it on. I bought this after researching that it does the same things as competitors at a more reasonable price.
However, I do find myself skeptical about the data it captures specifically when it says I have done a lot of walking during times I have been stationary, but it doesn't capture when I have just played a sport or other activity very well. That said, I do find that how I generally feel after I sleep does coincide with my sleep scores most of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
