[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring back in May on a whim and now I am OBSESSED! I love to use it to track my sleep and learning overall how to have a better night of sleep. It is so light and holds a charge well! I only have to charge my ring every 3-4 days!

The app provides A LOT of insights and does a good job of explaining why it’s important to health and wellbeing. I’m 4 months in and still learning and adapting my sleep, caffeine and exercise routine.

Great but with some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring a few months ago and it was great but now I’m having issues. Regarding sleep data, the ring is supposed to continue tracking sleep even when you get up to use the bathroom quickly. It did that well in the beginning but for the past few weeks is would stop tracking after I get out of bed for a few minutes. For example if I sleep at 10 pm, use he bathroom at 2am, then officially wake up at 8am… the ring will show I only slept from 10pm-2am and my status will be in the red. Now everything it suggests throughout the day is wrong because it is operating off faulty data. I have updated the software and firmware but still no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Ultrahuman for a while now, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product. The sleep tracking is detailed and accurate, the step count is reliable, and the heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) metrics are consistently well-presented. The app interface is smooth and insightful, making it easy to monitor and improve daily wellness habits.
The only area where I see room for improvement is automatic activity detection. While common movements like walking are well tracked, activities such as swimming, intense yoga, and jogging often go undetected, and I have to manually log them. It would be great to see the ring better recognize a wider range of workouts on its own.
That said, this is a minor issue compared to the overall value the platform offers. Looking forward to future updates that make an already excellent product even better!
