[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the UH over the Oura ring because there is no monthly fee. So far I am enjoying my ring, I find the sleep data the most inciteful but also really enjoy the caffeine suggestions.
The battery life is not as good as I expected, some days it is worse than others. There is an option to preserve battery with a certain setting but it does limit some of the data collected so I haven't played around with that yet. I am interested to see how well it tracks my cycle as I plan to come off of Birth Control in the coming months.

Superb sleep tracking for improving your sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Ring AIR about five months ago, mainly because of the no-subscription business model, and the other reason was for sleep tracking. It has been amazing to see trends over time, and the ability to easily access all the data as a csv file has been really helpful. Only a few days ago I decided to improve my sleep with supplements, and after four days of taking two of them (magnesium glycinate and L-theonine) I've seen measurable improvement. Having data regarding sleep stages, sleep time and other metrics like HRV and temperature drop has been super-helpful. I wear the ring all the time, and am happy to start tracking my workouts now as well. Highly recommended!

It's been incredible to have instant access to so much useful data in such a simple and easy to understand way. I only need to glance and I have so much information throughout the day. I originally got this purely for the sleep tracking but I have quickly found every aspect of the ring useful - the insights I'm getting are so worth it. It's also such a plus not having to pay a monthly subscription for the app.
