[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the information the ring provides. It gives me a deeper understanding of what my body needs to get a restful sleep. Honestly issue is that battery life isn’t the best even on chill mode.

Great in daily life insights, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring about 4 months ago and overall I am quite happy. The insights I got so far helped me to improve my life. The only thing the ring isn't that good at is for fitness plans and how to interpret them. For example if have a running plan you normally improve your mileage over three weeks and then have a deload week with less mileage. But the Ring just tells you that your steps decrease and shows it as negative. So for daily life it's super for fitness interprets you need additional gadgets.

Nice watch- helps monitor sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my wife an Oura ring. She wanted me to have a smart ring too and I picked the Ultrahuman because I hoped it would help monitor for a-fib and also because I didn't need a monthly subscription. It seems to track sleep as well as the Oura and costs less, so that's a win. Unfortunately, the a-fib detection wasn't available in the US yet. The caffeine window feature is nice, reminding me when to stop drinking caffeine and to delay in the morning.

Great product EXCEPT for the battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ring & what it has to offer. I love that you don’t have to pay extra. HOWEVER the battery is terrible. No matter what battery setting I put the ring on to try and help, it doesn’t hold charge. It’s advertised to last about 6 days, but my ring really only holds charge for about a day and a half. I loose a lot of data this way and it’s starting to become incredibly frustrating

I bought my ring in April and it is now the end of July and I am obsessed with it. Battery life lasts for days. Helps me with my sleep and really tracks my body temperature so well. Definitely recommend love it!
