Great tool for better habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring 3 months ago after comparing it to several other 'smart rings' and I am so glad I chose this one. Mainly I use it to track my steps and heart rate as well as sleep. The app has a ton of features and is easy to learn to use.

Not enough support for no longer syncing ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be returning soon, as there were ~8 different support personnels assigned but no sense of ownership to resolve the issue. I liked the ring and the fact that I didn’t need to pay for subscriptions but maybe it’s worth it to pay little more.
