[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring. Bought it maybe 4-5 months ago and it has been great for tracking my sleep and helping me stay on top of my move goals.
I would recommend it to everyone.

Something I’d love for it to develop would be a more comprehensive cycle tracker for women that allows me to track more symptoms and changes in the week that would effect my cycle. However, as it stands the ring has been immensely helpful to me and tuning my recovery.

The in depth data results allows me to plan my health and life intentionally, whether I need to take a rest day or exercise harder, go to bed earlier or know what time to wake up etc. the information is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i am mid happy with it, but I bought to use the period tracking and it still says in calibration. Moreover it is not possible to add an activity afterwards bc it just says no data, I can only add it if it auto tracks it. The sleep tracker is also off, it makes no sense the amount of deep sleep I get
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago to track my steps and very happy so far. Step tracker is great and better than buying a watch. I find the battery is good and very easy to charge, lasts long and don't take to long to get to full charge. The sleep tracker is interesting with lots of information. There is a lot of information and I do find I skip over as some of it as I don't really understand it. The add ons are a nice touch and very interested what we will see in the future. As I said great step tracker, interesting for sleep, good for stress and like all add-ons
