I’ve had my ring for a month now and it’s dramatically improved my sleep and recovery. The caffeine window is a helpful feature and the movement score makes me more likely to get extra steps in. I’ve found the ring great for tracking runs and your zone training but the only con so far is that I have to remove the ring when I am at the gym so it doesn’t scratch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s pretty great and I haven’t thought of the Apple Watch at all since owning the ring. It’s tough and durable for working out and tracks my life accurately.
Sometimes it does lose data or get disconnected while working out which can be frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
