[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ultrahuman Ring AIR as a Christmas gift, and it’s been a total game-changer in how I approach my health and daily routines. One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is in my sleep—seeing my recovery and HRV scores every morning has made me much more intentional about winding down properly at night. I’ve also become more mindful of how my habits (like late-night scrolling or late meals) affect my sleep quality.
What surprised me the most is how much it’s helped with focus and productivity. Knowing when I’m in an optimal state for deep work versus when I need to recharge has helped me avoid burnout and stay sharper throughout the day.
Overall, I feel more in control of my body and mind. The data is not at all overwhelming and after awhile using it, I barely notice it on my finger anymore. One thing I do recommend is getting a silicone cover for it as mine has scratched a little bit from everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for 8 months and prefer it over the Samsung Galaxy Ring, it offers so much more insights about my health on how I should manage my sleep and caffeine intake, the power plugs are awesome, and it is super comfortable to wear all day unlike the Galaxy Ring that has sharp edges and an uncomfortable fit. Definitely recommend it.

Great features but short battery life

Also to compare my activity trackers. Overall I’ve seen an improvement in my sleep patterns and can make adjustments when needed.

Small Ring … Great Features.

For someone who is doing shifing duties and can’t sleep with a watch on I find this one suitable for my needs. It really showed me how deranged my sleeping pattern was and help me to managed it. Very happy with the ring. I’m using all of its features now esp the brain age.
