[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Ultrahuman Ring for about 4 months now, and it’s been a game changer in keeping me on track with both fitness and sleep. Since purchasing it, I’ve lost about 15 lbs by prioritizing movement and consistently hitting my workout goals. One of the biggest benefits for me has been the sleep tracking feature. As a night shift nurse, being able to see exactly how much sleep I’m getting and where I’m building up sleep debt has been incredibly helpful in making sure I prioritize quality rest, whether it’s at night or during the day.
That said, there are a few improvements I’d love to see in the app. First, I wish I could customize the order of the dashboard. For example, I’d like my Movement and Heart Rate sections at the top since those are my main priorities, while features like the caffeine window or cycle tracking aren’t as important for me on a daily basis. It would also be great if there were options to completely hide certain features, like the sleep alarm, which I don’t use but can’t remove. Lastly, I’d love more flexibility with goal customization. While I can adjust my sleep goals in Smart Goals (I set mine to 7 hours), that change isn’t reflected in the Sleep Debt or Dynamic Recovery features, which makes it feel a bit inconsistent.
Overall, I’ve seen real results and love what the Ultrahuman Ring has helped me achieve, but I think with a few app updates, the experience could be even more personalized and user-friendly.

Being able to track my metrics and see my stats in real time has been a huge blessing. There are so many more benefits included. I truly don’t know how I lived without it before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring in april. So been few months now. I really enjoy it. Some data are off my Garmin Fenix 7hr… so i dont know wich one is the right data. Also, i recently found out while looking at my history that i thought all my previous data was lost… but in fact there were in a dormant mode and i had to click on each single day one by one for 4 months to ses my results again
