Being able to track my metrics and see my stats in real time has been a huge blessing. There are so many more benefits included. I truly don’t know how I lived without it before. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly not very impressed by the ring. The battery quality is shocking and the app is basically timed messages. If you have an Apple Watch don’t bother with the ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring in april. So been few months now. I really enjoy it. Some data are off my Garmin Fenix 7hr… so i dont know wich one is the right data. Also, i recently found out while looking at my history that i thought all my previous data was lost… but in fact there were in a dormant mode and i had to click on each single day one by one for 4 months to ses my results again

I bought the Ultrahuman about 3 months ago and have been using it ever since. So far I'm a little underwhelmed as to how I can use the information to help me be healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago and I have no regrets. I love how it shows not only data, but insights as well. It really helped me monitor metrics that I want to keep track of, especially sleep and caffeine flexibility. I appreciate how the app seems to be improving all the time, adding new things like ultra age and brain waste clearance. It motivates me to do better and take care of myself more. Plus, I get to wear my nice (non-smart) watches without having to think that I'll miss any important data. Highly highly recommend!
