It’s been really insightful knowing the internals of my health, how my sleep can impact my recovery and mood throughout the day. The caffeine window has been really helpful. The menstrual cycle tracking has helped me understand my body more. I would totally recommend buying, I have influenced many of my friends to get it.

I’ve never owned a smart watch or anything that tracks my fitness/sleep, and this ring is exactly what I was looking for. I love that I don’t have to pay a monthly subscription to access
my data/insights. It is also pretty comfortable and I love the caffeine window feature as well.
