[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm more or less satisfied with the ring, but I'm bothered by the fact that the step count differs a lot compared to the watch I wear alongside the ring. I have the ring in black, and it wears off quickly, so it doesn't look as nice as it did at the beginning.

Sleep and Heart Rate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this by my bf for our anniversary and I love it. I was a bit worried about the app interface but it is actually really easy to use. Wearing this ring has helped me greatly with my sleep schedule and overall wellness habits. One thing it is not super great for is its real-life heart rate check.

Great till it wasn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ring for Christmas in 2024 and it was amazing for about 6 months when then it suddenly stopped holding a charge and was not connecting with my phone to transfer data. I have stopped wearing it since then since it was getting annoying to have to keep manually connect it with the app again and charge it at least 2 times a day. I loved it for the first few months but since then it’s been not great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Ultrahuman Ring AIR for about 6 months now and it has changed my lifestyle completely around. I have never had a fitness tracking device so being able to get insight into my sleep and step count among many other metrics has changed my lifestyle completely around. I’m more aware of how many steps I should be taking each day, seeing how my sleep affects my recovery, and paying attention to my caffeine window has allowed me to be more alert throughout the day. I love my Ultrahuman Ring & I recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the ring about six months ago, it’s been great as I’ve never really liked the watches or bracelets. Really like how it monitors stress and sleep and movement, looking forward to more powerplugs to add on in the future. The only thing is the ring keeps saying my body temp is too high but I actually feel cold most of the time so not sure what’s going on there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and it has given me so much knowledge into my body and it is so lightweight on the finger . The only thing is the battery life does not last as long as advertised. For me it’s about 4 days max, which I don’t mind.

Good tracking with some negatives to consider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the ring for about 6 months…overall, I like the data it collects and find it helpful for my overall health. But I also find there to be some downsides to it as well.
PROS: I like the sleep and stress data. It’s very easy to check and tie to my recent habits to determine how to optimize sleep, etc. It wears nicely for daily use and I found a silicone ring cover for using when lifting weights so it doesn’t scratch. The app is very comprehensive!
CONS: I find that the battery wears down faster than I anticipated. I usually have to charge it every 2-3 days. Sometimes, I notice my heart rate is slightly elevated on the rings recording versus my own self taking HR. Not a huge deal but I think that the stress level is therefore elevated. Something to be aware of. I got the gold finish and even with the silicone cover, I find the finish is fading and scratching very easily. Not sure if they have a remedy to fix this as it’s only 6 months old and I’d like it to last longer than that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since purchasing Iv gotten constant updates and new features added, making this ring be more impactful. I highly recommend and have lost weight and gotten better sleep thanks to the ring guiding me to be more active and prioritize rest.
