Prior to my purchase of the ring I was concerned about my sleep. How much of my tireness was due to my sleep. I felt that my sleep was causing me to be tired with no energy. I cannot attribute all my changes to the ring but with the focus on getting better sleep I feel much better. I am more energetic and more aware of what is going on around me now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s a polished 5‑star review of the Ultrahuman Ring AIR:
⸻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for several weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. It’s feather‑light (just ~2.4 g) and so comfortable to wear, even during sleep I barely notice it—far more seamless than any wrist‑based tracker. The battery reliably lasts 4–6 days between charges, which is great for continuous use .
The app experience is deep with insights—HRV, skin temperature, recovery scores, circadian rhythms, and detailed sleep stages. The daily sleep score and actionable prompts (like bedtime timing or hydration reminders) help me make meaningful health tweaks. And best of all, no subscription fee—just one upfront purchase for full access .
Tracking is smooth overall, though intensive grip exercises (e.g. weightlifting) can be tricky and may cause minor scratches on the titanium finish—worth noting if you lift often .
Rounding it all out, support is responsive when they matter, whether it’s sizing help or firmware updates to resolve battery quirks. I consider this ring a smart, stylish, and subscription‑free option for anyone committed to optimizing sleep and recovery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring when I was looking for a smart ring to detect my activity especially my sleep and also my fitness. From some brands, I totally like this ultrahuman. Battery life is not the best but still enough to last for minimum 5 days. A bit expensive though but compared to the accuracy data it gives, it still worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been working nicely until just now, the battery dies in less than 24 hours. I usually never charge it so that it’s 100% and don’t let it run out of battery (before this). I use the chill mode and haven’t used any workout modes etc so I guess the rumors regarding the battery life were unfortunately true. It was good two months!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring a couple of months ago, based on personal recommendations and reading reviews. I tested the template rings first, which is a great idea to ensure you pick the correct size and also the colour you prefer.
Set up is simple and I was able to use it straight away.
I’ve found that the step count numbers vary quite a lot from both my Apple Health and Fitbit phone tracking apps and also my Garmin watch. The counts are significantly lower than all the others. This may be because it is more accurate but it was very surprising, given the others were all at similar levels.
I don’t find some of the app metrics overly useful as yet, and feel like the sleep score could be part of the overall dynamic recovery measures. The jet lag measure just displays the same info most of the time too.
The caffeine metric is one I have been using a lot and find value in this one, which is good. Also not having to pay a subscription is a big benefit.
Overall, I’m glad I’ve tried it but do think there is room to improve on a number of factors, to take it to the next level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a long time I was looking for something that would measure everything like a smartwatch. And I found something way better, and comfortable in use. Very user- friendly app and very accurate measurements/predictions.
