Love this ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Ultrahuman air ring for 8 months now and I love it! I’m not a huge jewellery person but it’s a super lightweight ring and I don’t even notice it on my finger anymore. I originally bought it mainly for the sleep tracking, but there are so many features which are all used for analysis and to provide rich insights into your health. Ultrahuman are also constantly updating the app and adding new features- at no extra cost, in comparison to other rings which have a monthly subscription.
My only tiny drawback is that depending on the updates sometimes the charge runs out fairly quick (like 1.5 days).
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my ring since May 2025! And I can’t live without it. I love how it tracks all my steps and calories and reviewing my sleep each morning is so insightful. I would definitely recommend buying one and taking control of your health!

Don’t want to be without my ring

I have been able to see how certain behaviors, like late meals, stress, or room temperature affect my sleep. The ring is also very comfortable. I hardly feel it on. The battery life is very good. I charge it about once a week. I bought the silver color. Been wearing it for about a month and don’t have any scratches on it. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their health. The key is to stay disciplined and consistent with insights and tips.

Great tracking features, but battery life could be

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a few months and really appreciate the exercise, sleep, and period tracking features. They’re accurate, insightful, and help me stay consistent with my health goals. However, I wish the battery lasted longer between charges, and the ring does get scratched up fairly easily. Despite these drawbacks, I still think it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish way to track their fitness and overall well-being.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and was the best choice I made going with Ultrahuman, the insights into my sleep and how what I do during the day affects my sleep and my life into coming days has been outstanding. I will not go without it now. It’s extremely light and I don’t notice I’m wearing it, ever! I work with my hands and it’s important to me for it to be comfortable. The battery is exceptional, they say it’ll last 4-6 days at continuous use but I almost always get 6-7 days and it charges fully from 30% in about an hour. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if it’s worth it. IT IS!
