Smells after short while of using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed in the filtration system on this unit. After using for a month it started to release odor after it was done with the cycle. I changed the dust bag and still the same outcome immediately after. Was hoping for a better outcome as far as reducing the end process smells. Other than that it’s great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard time receiving replacement part

This Clean Station has literally been a massive paper weight in the corner of my house. The SPECIFIC dust-bin it came with cracked and no longer adheres to my vacuum. I cannot use the Clean Station without the bin and when I say months, I mean MONTHS! I've been in contact with Samsung representatives over MONTHS trying to get a replacement bin. It's so ridiculous I will more than likely have to throw this paper weight away. Super huge waste - seriously, DON'T waste your money. It was wonderful when I could use it... and I have so many brand new dust bags that I wasted money on as well. No since in investing on an item that doesn't come with replacement parts.

Flawed product

Hair often gets stuck around the inner grill and so it doesn't suck out the dirt and dust effectively as you'd want

Lack of replacement parts!!!

It’s great but lacks replacement parts so beware.
My dustbin for my Jet 70 cracked and there is nowhere I can buy a replacement!!! So now its NOT useable with the clean station, which makes this thing useless!!!

Nice product and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy with the product. It cleans out the dust bin without having dust fly everywhere, which is a plus since I have allergies to dust. Only negative is that the long hair gets tangled on the center and it does not cleans out easily. There is a method in the manual to remove if something still remains after a cleaning but the tangled hair does not easily empty in the dust bin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish it handled hair better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clean station comes with a new dust cup that collects all the dust and elements including hair. When the long hair are accumulated in the dustcup, they remain wrapped around the cyclonic motor. This results in unsuccessful dumping of hair collected during vacuum into clean station. I have to remove hair by hand which results in dust in the air which defies the whole point of having clean station.
Dust cup has a design flaw. It has very thin plastic where it attaches to cyclonic motorhead. This part is too thin and susceptible to breakage. It seems a common failure point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't make our mistake

so we bought this brand new just a month ago to go with our jet 90. everything was going great till we needed to change the bag and then like everyone else here we discovered that samsung had stabbed us in the back...
that's right they choose to sell a product they knew they were no longer supporting and our clean station is a plant stand because we can no longer find bags.
i mean no where... they don't exist anymore and the best you can do is try to take some other company's bag and try to engineer it to work on your station which surprise... it doesn't very well.
i have a whole home of samsung gear from tv's to a refrigerator but this has left such a bad taste that i think i'm done with the brand as a whole...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
