[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Filtrete filters for several years now. My allergy symptoms have improved significantly - less coughing and sneezing. I am much more comfortable since using them. They are superb!

Keeps my allergies at bay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a furnace that uses the 16x25x4 size allergen filter, and we keep either the heat or the air on all year because of my allergies--no open windows, doctor's orders. I've noticed that there is very little dust on my furniture since using the Allergen Defense filter, which lasts for a year, and I have little or no allergy symptoms indoors. It helps me breathe easier!

Difficult uninstall

I went to check the filter for replacement and there were no tabs to easily grab it. The thin carbboard also got stuck when trying to get it out, totally destroying the filter.

They really do work!

We have been using Filtrete 1" Filters in our HVAC system for years. We've been married 35 years, so you can see how long it's been. There are many claims made about products today, some of which are true and some which are truly exaggerations. I'm here to tell you that Filtrete doesn't exaggerate about their filters. They really do last 3 months and they trap more than I ever would have thought possible. It is also simple to change out the old filter and insert the new one. Then forget it until you see the sticker (another nice feature) on your calendar 3 months later. We're pleased to be counted among Filtrete's satisfied customers.

Expensive filter. Apparently, it works well and fast as it has only been in my apartment for less than a month and looks like it might need to be replaced already. I was unable to find guidance on cleaning this filter on this website, so maybe this is something you guys can fix. It would definitely help out your customers!
