Good length, lots of power love having the ability to switch between 1/2 -3/8 overall good tool its taken a beating and still Is my go to tool

Good ratchet

Had this one for about a year; this ratchet has pretty good power and battery life, but I have noticed the head is starting to "clutch" or slip more with age.

QUIT WORKING AFTER ONLY A WEEK

I bought this about 3 or 4 months ago. New in the box. About 1 week into using this daily, it broke tightening a bolt down and hasn't worked since. Something snapped inside the tool and it will not even do anything now. I was extremely happy with this product and now I have to say I am very displeased. Not sure what to do from here but will not be purchasing again and I do not recommend as I got very little use out of it before it broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect

I bought this over a year ago. Love it it’s nice getting into areas you don’t want to wrench on getting bolts and nuts out with ease in the engine bay. It’s really nice going from 3/8 to 1/2 sockets with ease. My only complaint with isn’t the tool itself it’s dewalt not making sockets to go with the ratchet taking advantage of the pass through anvil design.

Bought this tool not knowing how well it would perform. I was pleased how much power it has. I used it to replace some suspension components and it far exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the performance.

Works just as expected

I bought this a few months ago to help with some work on cars. I was a bit worried that the tool might be too long and that the anvils might have issues with being loose, but neither of those things have been an issue at all. The trigger works really well but some buttons for speed/torque options would be nice to have. Overall this tool feels very durable and has held up really well!

Only ratchet you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool ratchet. I don’t really use my standard set anymore, just this. Doesn’t strip or fall stainless hardware, batteries last forever and the changing drive is a big help. I do wish they made pass through sockets but that would be my only suggestion.
