[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, a powerhouse. Compact enough for tight spaces and between joists.
Used it to run lag bolts below a sink, with tight space to work. Very impressed with the 4 torgque settings. Intelligent enough to know when the bolt is spinning loose, and it backs off automatically. Just a great tool.

When it works its a great tool, but not today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tool and its coming upon the end of the year warranty and it has no power to the tool. The lights work, the selector button works but the tool only works when it wants to and is undependable.
Its had this problem for a while and i thought it may be the battery, i have several batteries and it has no effect on providing power to the trigger.
I see others have had the same issue, I am hoping DeWalt will be able to assist me in making this tool work properly. Its a great powerful tool when it works.

I was in need of something with more muscle power than me to use around the house, mainly my yard tools and toys! I stopped in a big box retailer and saw there was a promo to get this item with the purchase of a battery kit and I couldn’t resist! I also purchased an impact ratchet set as well! The tasks at hand made things much simpler! I changed oil, removed lug nuts from a flat tire off my Ram and removed rusted mower blade bolt! I’m loyal to the brand, I also have a drill that’s over 10 years old and just now replacing original 20v batteries! The DEWALT brand is solid!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big power in a small package.

Bought this tool for use as a driveway mechanic (tire change/rotation and other minor work), tool does everything I ask of it. My buddies also love it, so it’s easily my most frequently loaned tool.
Takes off lugs from my vehicles like a champ, and I don’t take long drives without it.
I also broke it out to drive lag bolts helping my buddy build his deck when his impact driver was taking forever to drive them, it was easily MVP that day.
Great little tool, 100% worth the purchase.
