Stopped working after less than a year

I purchased this last August, less than a year ago. I use it probably once a month, twice tops - so since last August I've used this product under 20 times. It stopped working last week. For a dryer of this price to break in under a year is ridiculous. While I did like it better than the cheaper Conair dryer I used to use, it's not justifiable at this price point, especially considering my cheap Conair dryer lasted 5 years while this didn't even last one. I've used BabyLiss for straighteners as well, which seem to hold up just fine, but I would not recommend their dryers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved it! This dryer is soooo fast. It dried my entire head in 6 to 9 minutes and I have a lot of thick long hair. This is a complete life changer. I decided to look into babyblisspro dryers because I had a hair straightener that is still going strong after more than a decade of use. I’m so glad I picked the Rápido. The amazing reviews didn’t lie.

I bought this hairdryer a few years ago, and love it! However... I lost the end cap that goes on the end of it (filter cap, I believe) on vacation, I needed a little trim after my hair got caught in the end of it, that's when I noticed it was gone... It is the Babybliss Pro Rapido (black). I am hoping that someone reading this might be able to direct me on how to go about replacing this piece? Thank you!!

Slow but light

I love that the dryer is super light which helps keep my hands from hurting, but it doesn’t have the power, which is sacrificed for the lightness of it. If you’re a stylist who only needs to dry and not do a fancy blowdry, this is a great tool. But if you really like to focus on your blowouts, I recommend the Ferrari or Portafino. Those have more power but are heavier.
I was given the model that is shorter and thicker at the end which makes it hard to place in its holder and the nozzles are very wide and move a lot.
