Left Basket Stopped Heating Up

I bought this air fryer in December 2022 at Christmas and the left basket stopped heating up in February!! Didn't even last 2 months. Really disappointed. Ninja doesn't even replace or fix the item either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Less cooking time than suggested.Less hydro used.Meats are very tender and jusy.very easy to use and clean.Just love our Ninga Foodie.

Excellent product. Perfect in the hot summers. Saves heating up the kitchen and the food is delicious. So easy to use. Would definitely recommend this product. Good value for money too.

I was debating buying this however am so far enjoying it, while still learning, I find it quick and easy to cook several things so far with easy clean up. I feel like it has made my life easier and am thinking I may have made the right decision in buying it? It’s early in my experience with but so far all good!🙂 I’ve only had it for a week?

First time owning an air fryer

Pretty nice so far.
I noticed that the heat average is up to 450. I've been only using the air fryer, and broil option, so I can't say about the other functions as I didn't have the opportunity to do anything different.
It's easy to clean.
The drawers could be a little bit bigger.
Overall it was a good purchase.

It's easy to use and the price was amazing. Makes quick lunch for the kids. As a single mom prep food is had and doing the things they love is consuming. Since I got the Ninja Air Fry, everything is easier.
