I was a little hesitant to try this brand after I read reviews that it stopped working after a few months. So far I've had mine for about a year and have not had any problems with it. I like that it gets very hot, as my hair is wavy so sometimes can be tricky to straighten.

First straightening iron that ive used that glides on hair. My hair has never gotten damaged with this and I have been using it for over 5years. Heats up in seconds! I always use the second lowest heat setting. This product is also not heavy in my hand.
