With the type of hair I have, it definitely helps when straightening curly hair. It manages to do the job and helps keeping my hair out of frizz

I have super thick hair and this straightener straightens my hair after using it once- i don’t have to repeatedly go over the same strand of hair. It goes up to a high heat, which i like, and it’s sturdy. I’ve been using the same one for 5 years now.

This is not my favorite flat iron, in fact it’s pretty low on the list. For some reason it seemed to cause much more damage, easily, compared to my Sedu flat irons.
