This is the second time I’ve purchased this straightener. The last one I purchased 13.5 years ago. That is a CRAZY long time to own a straightener. It’s been used daily, withstood normal drops, and been plugged into more countries than I can count. I have A LOT of very very long and thick hair and this tiny little 1” straightener still gets it flat or curly in just one pass. I like the titanium plates. I’ve never worried about it damaging my hair, and also that I don’t ever need to crank it up to the max heat for these results either. I hope this one lasts a good amount of time too. If so I will never buy another brand ever again. Love love love BaByliss.

I looove this product. Had it for 8 years. Works wonders in my curly hair. Love it sooo much I want to bring it with me in Europe. But I need to know the Watt. Would you please tell me the watt so I know if my converter is high enough ? Thanks !

This iron seems to be good. The proof is the time it lasts. I have my fingers crossed. I purchased this iron cause of the warranty. My last iron just did not give me any reasonable lifespan given I only use it every 3 days.

I happen to love this flat iron. I am a hairstylist and business owner and I happen to be using this flat iron at my salon and have been for many years. I feel that if you take care of your tools they will be good to you.
P.S. I read another post and noticed the pics and how scratched up the plate was. I have never seen that happen before. I am a still a faithful user of babyliss flat irons.
