Very good picture but don't use the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size I purchased. It was easy to set up. It is the remote I have issue with. Found out after 3 calls that there is nothing to be done. I can not fast forward or reverse on some of the programs I stream. It only works on some. My last phone call to Samsung the girl suggested I try the fire stick. I now use my old fire stick and not the remote that came with the TV.

Great TV at a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my bedroom tv as the old Samsung was 12 years old and having issues. I chose the Q7F because of the QLED picture quality and the upscaling feature. I watch a lot of old tv shows and movies and it really brings them to life.
It was the perfect size for my space and a decent price for all of its features.
