Samsung TVs - 4 different
on October 13, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the remote controls needing to be bigger with larger interfaces for older eyes “your largest buying group”. You need your remotes to be redesigned to allow multiple TVs to work in homes that have multiple TVs in short distances within. Maybe to allow several configurations to programmed (A, B, C, D) for 4 different TVs.

Disappointed
on October 13, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch movies, sports, soaps.
The features are difficult to operate. Its definitely not user friendly. I still cannot figure it out. Very difficult. There is a pop ad from AI wanting me to do somwthing. I dont even understand what it wants me to do. I have to wait for it to clear to continue seeing the tv. I dont need that!
I had a smart samsung tv and the picture was great. This tv has an awful picture quality. The images appear olive tone, there are shadows. Sometimes the background is bluish. I get some red freckles sometimes that ruin the vision. The face colors are weird, sometimes olive, sometimes very red.
I tried to adjust the picture to no avail. I wish I would have known it was going to be so bad, I would have bought something else.
Oh well, live and learn. Will definitely NOT RECOMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE.

Response from Samsung USBy Samsung Brand AmbassadorOctober 14, 2025
Hiker4,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website, then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.

The e-Manual & User Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.

If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

If these adjustments don’t improve your picture quality, feel free to contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website.

This is the third Samsung TV bought in five years
on October 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had three samsung t v's in the last five years and each one has gotten better and better.. It's a great option to have Samsung TV with over 300 channels. To choose from, it is so easy to use. It's hooked up to my phone and I can just hit the TV button on my cell phone, which is also a Samsung and it instantly plays to my wide screen.
My one complaint about the new 43 inch Q L. E! D. it no longer has a sound output for my surround sound system. The others had it.
I've looked on YouTube and there is an adapter to go into the HMDI. That should work to my stereo surround sound speakers. I'm hoping to find the adapter I need for that. The sound quality is sufficient. But I like my music to boom. Looking forward to getting my surround sound and subwoofer hooked up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am new to tech, Such as the new cell phones an almost anything you buy now. I have a son that stops buy twice a month and helps me figure things out. But all has been great, and the picture quality is good. it just is going to take me a while to learn how to use everything. I am not a gamer at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a Plasma TV for the past 18 years this new OLED TV is so clear and smart! It took some time to get the hang of all the features and now we are enjoying it very much!

This Samsung trip all started with my 50" UHD TV.
on October 23, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I said, my Samsung trip all started with the smaller 50" UHD Samsung TV. At the time our 50" was huge because it replaced our huge 19" RCA TV. You know of the huge im speaking of. The huge section that was connected behind the screen. TV's have come so far since.
I fell in love with how clear Samsung's screen were that I changed my phone over to the Samsung Note and that was another one of those WOW MOMENTS. I have been so happy with it I haven't came across any phone that Outperforms better. So currently I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G and couldn't ne happier.
Which finally brings me to our Samsung 75" QLED 4k TV. Let alone the size and clarity of this TV is absolutely magical, it really is. But then you add all you can do with this TV. From putting your headphones on and the TV connects automatically. Then connecting to the internet, boom done. That easy. It's better than sitting in a movie theater. Then best of all is the price and finance options around today. I remember when these were new to the market, OMG no one I knew could afford one of those " NEW LED TV'S".
Thankfully today there's no one I know who couldn't afford on of these modern tv's! Everyone gets to experience the best of the best of TV's which is the way it should be. So that's my Samsung tv trivia on Mr.Anthony or Mr.Samsumg. hahaha!!!

Great 65" TV
on November 5, 2025
Posted by: TVTed55
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV although getting my old Panasonic sound system to connect was a bit of a challenge. The sound system has RCA cable inputs while the TV does not have RCA output. Purchased several blue tooth to RCA converts which were not acceptable. Finally found one that was USB powered and cabled to the Panasonic and provided surround sound.
