Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was really easy to set up and the app and wireless connection were really simple. Even my dad who is not tech savvy can figure out how to use it on his own. The machine takes different types and sizes of paper which is really convenient.

Very disappointing - Not at all reliable

I've owned a number of printers and this one is the worst I've had. It continually disconnects from the Wi-Fi network. I connected it via an USB cord to my computer and even though my computer recognizes the printer, it shows errors and won't print. I use my print for professional purposes and if it can't be reliable, then it's useless.
