Zoom meeting sometime works and sometime doesn't work. Just flashes up and disappears when it does not work. Got the tablet for the larger screen cause the smartphone screen is too small for many meetings.

I gave my niece the tablet so she can take it to school. She set up the tablet but forgot the password and log in information. I tried to factory reset it for her and not successful. We are at a loss.
