Faulty?!?!

Finally got it in after two days of trying to make it work. I had someone try to install it, they turned it upside down, and for some reason it worked perfectly.

Easy to install - worked great when it was working

Worked great initially on my Mac mini M2 using a Saitechi hub and after a short time I kept receiving a notice that it wasn't ejecting properly and wouldn't show up on my computer. I got in touch with Saitechi and they said they had been having issues with thisSA510 SATA. Any help would be appreciated.
