[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The usb-c dual monitor travel dock has really helped so much with work and school at home. It is so easy to set up and use that we utilize it every day. It has helped clear the clutter at our work station and makes working much easier.

Six months old it worked flawlessly. Then both video outputs stopped working completely. Hope the warranty is honored.

I bought this device in order to connect two external monitors to my MacBook, and indeed there are two ports for that purpose. However, the two monitors can only display the same screen, which is useless. I discovered this limitation only after searching online for a solution. I still use it to connect one monitor, and I have a second device (from Apple) to connect the second monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that this dock did not work for your needs. If the host device does not have MST (Multi-Stream transport) then it will only be able to mirror the display and not extend. Power supply not 100 Watts

Supposed to be a 100 watt power supply, but only kicks out 55 Watts on my Dell Inspiron 7415. Of no use to me.
