Dear Valued Customer,
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing memory issues with your motherboard. To troubleshoot, please double-check for any bent pins on your CPU and CPU socket. After verifying the components, reseat your CPU cooler, ensuring not to apply excessive pressure, as this could interfere with your memory channels. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to me with any technical or general questions. You can contact me at customerloyalty@asus.com. Please include a link to this post for reference.

Dear Sazist,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand the inconvenience if you are having issues with the USB port. To resolve the issue, please try another USB port. Check if Windows and chipset driver are up to date. Also, check if the USB mouse is working properly. You may need to try another known good mouse, if available, to determine if the USB port is defective.
Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. I installed this board with an AMD Ryzan 5 processor. The board and processor seem to be working okay with Windows 11 Pro installed. But some of my appts are running a lot slower than they were on my Intel i7 processor. Older model, not the new one for windows 11. It ran with Windows 10 Pro.

Dear Allty56,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the quality of the motherboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are having issues with one of the USB ports. ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. One of the USB ports not working is a random problem.
The USB port problem can either be a hardware or software related. With the hardware, please check if the USB device and the USB cable are working properly. Regarding the software, please ensure Windows was installed fresh from scratch using this motherboard to avoid driver conflict that may cause the USP port not working. Ensure Windows, chipset driver and BIOS are current version. Updates for this motherboard are available for download at: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-a520m-plus-wifi/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=TUF-GAMING-A520M-PLUS-WIFI.
