No support, router won't work , tried for hours to get router to recognize any devices

Good firmware, menu etc. Not as "brainy" as openWRT, Things seem straight, reasonable without getting lost in the woods. So far no surprises More security (free) than my old router, big reason I bought.

I got over 12 years of trouble-free service from my ASUS RT-N66U Dark Knight Wifi Router before it started showing signs of a possible failure. There was no question as to which brand I would choose to replace it. I didn't spend a lot of money for the RT-N66U and I didn't have to spend much for my new RT-AX 1800. This means a lot to a retired guy on a fixed income. Got my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
