[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see that the computer's battery lasts about 3 hours, that's a disappointment. The power bank does not come with a power cord to charge it, so it is another disappointment.

Won't charge after 2 months of use

I bought this power bank two months ago and it.is no longer functional. Single LED flashes but won't acct a charge. Tried to contact customer support but am told the Serial Number is invalid. Super frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I confirmed it was compatible with my Yoga laptop yet the laptop charger which is 65 Watt, does not charge the power bank more than 75%. After 57 minutes with tech-support no one could answer my question on why.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traveled after this power bank arrived and used it several times. It charged my X13 fully. It takes all of its power to charge a laptop but phones & tablets charge pretty fast and use less of the power bank. Great little device, handier than my travel charger. Works great.
