It's hard to understand whether it is fully charged or not..... according to the manual it never gets fully charged because I never saw all the charging lights glowing once even though I was charging it for 6 or 7 hours with a 65, watt charger. Charging rate also slow. I rate it as a C grade power bank
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great so far. Bought it for charging my Yoga laptop on the go at university, and with a single charge, it can charge my laptop multiple times. Not too heavy and also love the built-in cable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does a great job charging my phone a few times or extending the runtime of my laptop when I need some extra juice. The built in cable stores easily and can be used to chargey devices or charge the block which is definitely useful!

I bought it in September 2022. It stopped working in November. Does not accept the charge anymore. The support told me they could not find the serial number printed on the unit and the packaging, so they are unable to identify the device and could not help. So the 1-year warranty does not exist. It is too late to return it either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
