Great espresso with a few quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine makes very good espresso. It comes with a lot of different attachments and options on how to make your espresso. I have my own coffee grinder and was able to use the single and double wall shots that come in the box. (It also comes with a single and double wall shot for pre-ground coffee if you don't have your own grinder.) The attachments seem very durable, especially the portafilter and tamper. It also comes with a plastic coffee scoop to get a precise measurement for one shot, which is nice. I've used the steamer a few times to make cappuccinos. It works well, but it is loud, which is somewhat expected. Overall this is a really good machine. My only criticism is that the on/off switch is on the back of the machine. I have the espresso machine on the back of my kitchen counter pushed up against the backsplash. Everytime I want to turn it on/off it's a little tedious to reach around and feel for the on/off switch, but overall not a big deal since it makes great espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great espresso machine. It takes some getting used to…I’m still learning and trying to work out all the kinks to create my perfect latte. Overall it’s pretty quick & easy once you figure out the correct wall cup and coffee grounds. Cleaning the machine is a little more tedious then I had hoped. I am opting not to use the automatic frother attachment as a personal choice and using the steamer function only. I don’t like that the milk storage container does not seal and the lid is easily knocked off in the fridge. I’m also leary with the milk residue in the machine even after proper cleaning. Overall it’s a great machine and has definitely helped step up my coffee game in the mornings.

This was on a pretty significant sale when I got it so I figured I would give it a try. Love this machine. It works very well, from espresso to a cappuccino to steamed milk. Easy clean-up.

Best investment

Just so happened to start a search for espresso machine while this one was on sale. Couldn’t pass it by and it was the best decision ever! I’m very pleased with the machine. I feel fancy making my espresso drinks. Probably will not be wasting money on coffee shops again! Definitely is a learning experience but I’m no connoisseur and it’s been working out great so far.

Hubby bought for me at Christmas but didn't think we needed it. He has been enjoying homemade latte's daily and wonders why we didn't buy one sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this espresso machine in Jan. 2022. Since then we have had it replaced twice. The first two machines had a hard time brewing a correct/consistent amount of espresso shots. Our second machine wouldn’t even respond when we would click any buttons for 5-10 minutes at a time, even with us turning it off and on again. Our third one is very finicky with the steamer, it spits and sputters, making a mess occasionally and other moments it’s just fine.

Great expresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After few months of searching for a new espresso machine I’m really happy with the kitchenaid. The espresso shots are amazing consistently. It was hard to find a machine with all I wanted. Pressurized/unpressurized filters, 58 mm portafilter and water temperature selection. After trying different brands, this one is the one that stays with us.
The authomatic milk frother works ok, but I like better to manually prepare the milk
