Would be nice if the install instructions indicated you must first connect wirelessly and create a network before the unit will connect to the Internet!

Came with a loose screw. Wifi broke in a few months. Good router, but I got defective one and is not covered under warranty.

It’s ok. I attached to a XT8 2 node system. The only devices that like to connect are iPhones. I purchased to keep a Wi-Fi module for my garage door online with the door closed. With this router in the garage AI mesh connects the opener to the main unit inside the house. With less signal strength I might add. I try to bind it and goes offline even showing better signal strength.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set this up to host a new AI mesh install as replacement for existing Asus based wireless network using free AI mesh methodology. Was worth the small amount of time it took to set up. Solid performance stable and excellent signal strength
