Great router, however the wireless signal is not strong enough to get the same speed in an adjacent room compared to an Ethernet connection. It drops by 90%. However, it is better than the Spectrum wireless router, which I gave back to Spectrum.

It seems to do what it’s made for just wish it had a longer electric plug because where I had my other this one the lead wire is too short

Would not automatically or manually set-up. The unit would not recogize or could not be recognized by wi-fi devices. Attempted to contact their so-called 24-7 assistance but the line claimed it was temporarily under construction. The unit looks nice is about all I can claim is nice.

To resolve, please verify if the router’s settings matches with your ISP’s modem credentials, verify if the PC or device connecting to the router is working properly and within range to the router. The router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired with a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable. Legacy devices may not work properly with WIFI6, please check updates for these devices. Also, try connecting this manually to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz. Additionally, we recommend updating the Mesh router firmware if it is running with an older version. The router performs well. It gives my in-home wifi network the same coverage and speed no matter what level you are on in my two-story home (2700 sq ft). Great value for price point. Easy to setup and sync with your modem and internet. The graphics and data provided through app are exceptional.

I had always used another manufacture's router. I was a bit Leary on getting another brand. I purchased the Asus RT-AX55 now going on two years. It was easy to configure, and it is working wonderfully. It has notified me when a firmware update is available. It also has an application for your phone, which has come in handy. I know there are others now that are cheaper that offer WiFi6 also, but will they last. Going with a name brand on some networking items is just a no brainer for reliability.
