Received "well used" products

Umm, well received 2 units ordered 24 days ago just now, but bothy units are clearly used (scratched up, blemishes consistent with well used/scratched up items). Haven't hooked them up yet, as they will be used with new laptops yet to be received. But no indication on Best Buy website I was being sold used equipment.....Just revisited the ad right now and nothing says "used", just "Top Deal" and "Save $150" , the only details I can find about the product under condition is the statement "Opened".... Thoughts Best Buy?

Great product and good seller

Received the item in a week, really pleased with my purcahase, it was the best price I found online, even better than Amazon. Seller was prompt in responding to my enquiries.
Came nicely packaged in a sealed box. Works well, it's quiet, I am running two 4K monitors off it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A decent dock

This dock works quite well but it does require a firmware update before use, and for that, a windows machine with a USB-C or thunderbolt port is required.

totally locks up my (extremely fast) computer. just google the product. everyone says the same thing . Dell is operating completely on name recognition at this point. they are completely useless at making functioning hardware. Every single time I use anything from Dell i learn the same lesson. also, let me guess, it’s on sale for 50% off. big surprise
