The storage part does not work!

Nice mop/vac. Besides the fact it has never emptied dirt into the bag like it is supposed to. Not once. I have to empty the tiny dispenser every run. Even though it is supposed to empty itself. I was going to return. But didn't get around to it. Not it's too late.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean floors..difficult app

This does a great job cleaning my floors. They’re so much cleaner than they were. And this is much better than my old machine that banged into everything, including my baseboards. This is great at detecting obstacles, including my dog! And the black lab hair that is usually a constant battle is SO much better. However, the machine has had some significant glitches. It failed to detect that my bedroom is carpeted and it has left a stain on the rug from mopping my carpets! The app isn’t intuitive, it takes some noodling around to figure it all out. It would be very helpful if the app alerted you when the water is running low so it doesn’t alert when it’s running and I’m not home. Despite all these issues…my floors are clean!

I have a large house and my Narwal keeps up the main floor for me. We have lots of traffic (heavy use) and the Narwal makes my life so much easier as it effortlessly vacuums and mops while we’re away or asleep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall it is great! Vacuums well, has a lot of great features, mops with hot water. The only thing is that the robot can’t find its home base if you move it. So if I were to bring it in the bathroom for a few cleanings, it won’t find the base. Seemed odd. I use it every week for the whole house and almost nightly for vacuuming the kitchen and dining area. I should have bought two but it is expensive.

Finally! The robot we were promised!

Moved to Narwal after having iRobot for years. I was an early adopter and I feel like the Narwal finally fulfills on the promise of a robot vacuum and mop. We have two dogs, so after some adjustments it handles everything.

I was impressed at first. Now— disappointed . Lately I do not see the option to vacuum. Only mop. Cannot figure it out.
Also, it stuck very often on the same corner of the room and I gave to manually remove and replace. But ur stubbornly navigated to the same obstacle
