This waffle iron does a good job. I replaced my 50 year old heavy duty waffle iron that I loved. While this does not have the heft of my old model, it heated up quickly and produced a good waffle.

This is a really easy waffle iron to use. It has a dial setting for how dark you want it. I like that there is not a deep border area that would get full of overflow or crumbs. It makes cleanup easy. It’s not a deep waffle so if you’re looking for Belgium style this is not it, but otherwise it’s great. The timer does not make much noise. Just a click so pay attention.
