My only complaint is that the plates do not come off for easy cleaning, and I don't feel that the appliance is really clean after I wash it. Otherwise, it is a great little appliance at a good price and I plan to keep using it. FYI, I purchased the waffle maker to cook eggs for a keto sandwich.

Very simple usage instructions. It is so good at doing it's job that i have absolutely no complaints or concerns, and the basic recipe printed in the user manual is tasty and wholesome. I like the flavor and freeze ability of the finished waffles. 4 days later a quick trip through the toaster oven and they were ready for butter and maple syrup.
