The cooling fan never stops! Sleep mode, cooling fan runs. Hybernation, cooling fan runs. Unplugged....cooling fan runs. Customer supoort is worthless AI. Needed a Windows 10 option.

The screen is a little nicer than I'm used to (used to E14, T14, etc). Colors are very crisp and clear. Paired this with the newer workstation dock and very happy overall. The only con I can think of would be the weight. It's a heavy laptop but that's understandable for what it's capable of.

Although the performance is smooth and reliable for most tasks, the fan seems to struggle to beat the overheating. I have a cooling pad (three fans) always running under the laptop. I wish there is a way to overcome this issue.
