Very happy with the labels themselves. They are good quality, take to ink jet ink well, and look good on the product. I like the design software on avery.com too. It does a nice job, offers templates and design ideas, and allows a lot of room for creativity. However, the print software does not align correctly even when I closely follow the print tips that I have read on your web site and materials. I have wasted many sheets of stickers trying to work out the kinks, but this is a persistent, pervasive problem, and I have seen many people complain about it and you seem not to care and your tips for correction do not work. Are you just trying to get us to waste sheets of labels so you can sell more products??!! Not good and considering just switching to other vendors who at least take the time and effort to fix such problems.

Save your money and your sanity and don't buy these! The template is completely incorrect and the labels don't line up properly. My design ended up either cut off or with white showing on the edges. I followed the templates instructions of bleed lines exactly with no success. I even tried using the photoshop template and making my design slightly smaller than the template in hopes it wouldn't get cut off. I wasted hours trying to get these right and still have no labels. Irritating and disappointing.

Hello, this is Avery Customer Care. I am sorry to hear that this product 94501 gave us such an issue. Our products and our templates should match when you extend your design to fit. You can expand your image to the outer dotted line, which is the bleed area to make sure that you do not get a white edge. The inner grey line is the cut line, and the inner dotted line is the safety, where we advise to add text. When you print, please be sure to use the recommended printer settings: Page Size 8.5x11 and Scale Custom 100%. Out of alignment...cannot adjust no matter what I do.
