I went one extra step and bought a 12" AC cord, hoping I won't need the longer AC cord that was supplied with the adapter. The shorter AC cord keeps with the theme of small & light for travel.

Light weight and relatively small form factor. I do like the cable "wrap" feature so it doesn't become a huge tangle in your backpack.
