Does not work with lenovo legion

I bought this it did not work with lenovo legion, then I called "premium support" and they said this was not certified to work with a lenovo legion laptop, well why is it called a "Lenovo Legion charger"? Also the can't tell me if any charger will work with my PC and i was unable to talk to anyone who knew anything.
