Worst latch design ever on the plugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst AC travel charger I ever bought. I bought a refurbished by Lenovo from an online seller. I know why it was probably refurbished, the latches jam or break on the interchangeable plugs The plug latches need to be redesigned so they are friendly to someone with arthritis, carpal tunnel or any other sort of hand issue along with being more rugged. If that small bump wears off, the plug is stuck onto the adapter.with no easy way to remove it without destroying the plug or adapter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
