Disappointed , didn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited I ran out and bought coffee beans and was ready to go. First time trying did not work at all. Followed instructions exactly. I put in Locked position and pushed to start, nothing. I tried a different outlets and less coffee beans. Again I pushed button to start nothing☹️. So disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting Mr. Coffee®! We are sorry to hear that your Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder is not working. A coffee grinder generally stops working because it's clogged with coffee grounds, not because it's broken. But even if those particles don't ruin a machine initially, you'll eventually start hearing a harsh whirling sound coming from the grinder and this can mean a broken part or even a dead motor. If it's new purchased, we suggest you to reset the grinder by unplugging and plugging it back in. We hope it works!

Bigger than what I need but great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an espresso girl and thanks to my new Mr Coffee grinder I have been able to try all kinds of new brands that only sold whole bean. I love how this grinder can grind multiple different sizes and the 8 cup removable basket cuts down on grind time!

Now I save more money on buying coffee beans that I get to grind my self than buying the coffee already grind. And the coffee taste so much richer I'm obsessed with it and I really recommend it it very easy to put together and very easy to use. 100% recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not only does it get the job done grinding up coffee beans to your preference, it can grind OTHER stuff too! I have put nuts in mine for baking. made bread crumbs! ground up dried herbs. the list COULD go on! because this grinder has several different settings, it makes this machine very versatile! it doesnt consume much counter space at all. it isnt louder than any other grinder. if you are looking for a grinder with multiple setting and easy on the eyes, this one is for you.

I've had to work from home for months now, so this was definitely put to good use as soon as we got it! We are definitely happy!

I am loving having fresh coffee every day instead of the already ground coffee I get at the store. The machine grinds the beans pretty fast! You can grind just enough for a pot of coffee or grind enough for a week of coffee. Its very good quality and beautiful!
