Great product

My husband loves strong coffee and I’m a meh not so strong coffee drinker but I do love my flavored coffee. And my favorite coffee only comes in bean form so this was a win win for both of us. Love that you can grind a lot or even just a little for a 1 cup kinda day. The different grinding features really make this machine.

I'd Give It Zero Stars If I Could

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is terrible. It worked once, then never again. I completely understand that the grinder needs to be locked in on top, and all the parts need to be in place to operate correctly. I spend a ton of time in the kitchen; many of my kitchen appliances work that way (the food processor comes to mind, for example). It worked the first time I used it, although it grinded the beans a bit finer than I was hoping for. I figured I'd have to play with it/adjust the dial a few times to set it at the perfect grind for us.
The second time I used it, I made sure everything was in place and locked, then poured the beans into the top. Pressed the "on" button. Nothing. I didn't know what to do, as once the beans are in, there's no going back. I unlocked the top at that point, figuring for some reason that I could just pour the beans back into the bag. Wrong! The beans went all over the counter, onto the floor...my counter was relatively clean, but there were a few sandwich crumbs, so I just ended up throwing most of the beans out. So not only did it not work, but I lost expensive coffee in the process.
The next day I wanted to throw it out the window. But I thought, let's give it one more go. I added about a quarter of the beans this time, as I wasn't sure it would even turn on if nothing was in there. Again, everything locked in place. Hit the "on" button. Nothing. At this point, I learned my lesson on the beans, and didn't try to unlock the piece. Just took the top off, poured the beans back in the bag, unplugged the grinder, chucked it back in the box it came in, and got out my little grinder. It might take more time, but at least it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MR. Coffee - Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder gets the job done. It grinds the beans well, but the hole from the burr tends to get clogged with fine dust and is hard to clean. It is durable and well made. It is very loud while using it though, so make sure no one is sleeping when you grind your beans!

Great coffee grinder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder is a top notch coffee grinder. My husband and I are very familiar with grinding coffee beans at home and this is our third coffee grinder. However this one is far better than our previous ones! First of all it can grind up to 18 cups of coffee, we only have a 14 cup coffee maker but my goodness that option is one we have never seen before. There are three settings on how course or fine you want your grounds, we just use the mid setting for regular drip coffee and it came out great. The grinder is a bit louder than what we are used to but nothing that is exaggerating. Overall I am so happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Fast, frshly ground coffee is the way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder and could not be happier. It grinds the suze and cup amount you want so it takes out the guess work. Simply add the beans on top, put the cover on, turn the dial on the right for drip, espresso, french press size, etc.. The front dial goes to 18, but my coffee maker only goes to 12 so I wanted a 11 cups, I turn it to 11, then pushed the button and it quickly ground 11 cups to a fine gtound the way I like it. It comes with a little brush to clean the coffee grinds from the machine. It is easy and it allows you to make great coffee. And if you have multiple machines like I do you can make the right size ground for each. I highly recommend getting the Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder.

Love the aroma!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever used a coffee grinder and I am super happy with this. It is very easy to grind the whole beans and to customize the grounds from coarse to fine. It has 18 grind settings so you can experiment and find your perfect setting. If you have never ground your own beans, you will be in love with the aroma. The aroma makes you feel like you are at a coffee shop. This is very easy to clean and doesn't take up much counter space. You will notice your coffee tasting so much fresher.

Comes with a cleaning brush which was very helpful with clean up. Holds half of a pound of coffee beans and has a cord storage which is a plus.

My Dad Loves It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my dad a fancy coffee maker for Christmas to get him away from using pods. I recently gave him this as a supplement gift because there is a coffee spot close to them that sells their amazing coffee but only as whole beans. Now, he can make his favorite coffee from home!
Setup was easy, cleaning is easy, and it's easy to use. You know how I know? I know he uses it every day and I never get calls asking how to use it or clean it! lol.
