When I put the cartridge in it tells me to put it in correctly and press ok. The cartridge is in correctly. I have tried turning the computer off, unplugging it and resetting it. Nothing works. Waste of money
It would probably be great if you're company had not shut down my printer because I don't have a contract for ink and paper I'm going to try to use the printer right now to see if it will work now. if not then I will look for a different brand of printer for my home.

I am sorry to hear the ink was of low quality. We deeply care about our customers. Did you try editing the printer settings? Some customers find that changing those settings help. Specifically, look for the print quality setting and lower the ink concentration. I hope this information makes a difference.
