Ordinarily, HP inkjet cartridges are great. The last one I bought, however, leaked and I was reticent to install it for fear of gunking up my printer. So, wasted money since I don't have time or energy to chase it down for replacement.

Maybe the ink cartridge is OK but my Hp Envy 5540 is no longer supported. The printer suddenly stopped printing color, so the cartridge is useless. HP SUPPORT does not offer help on this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
